My purpose in life is to create a better world by sharing what I’ve learned.
I write memoir, creative nonfiction, and research papers in which I use a depth psychological approach and a feminist lens to explore what it means to honor the feminine, our bodies, and our selves in both the inner and outer worlds, and the challenges of navigating this patriarchal culture.
An award-winning artist and film and television producer in previous careers, I am now a popular workshop leader and conference presenter.
In 2019 I completed a PhD in Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. I've also trained in counseling and group process facilitation at the Toronto Institute for Self Healing.
Canadian at heart, I live on an island in the Pacific Northwest and consider myself a shamelessly addicted student of popular culture.
